Hans Rosling’s 200 Countries, 200 Years, 4 Minutes – The Joy of Stats – BBC Four

An interesting look at human progress through population growth and public health indicators. It’s intriguing to think that just 200 years ago we did not have public sanitation, vaccinations, and potable water in parts of the western world, and sheds light on how much can be accomplished through innovation, peace and concentrated will!
